• Ensure that sales targets are achieved
  • Recruit, screen and train PRC Licensed Brokers
  • Organize broker’s network group, conduct regular meetings and visit Realty and Brokerage Offices
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales generating activities for brokers
  • Join broker network group/associations
  • Monitor the day to day sales activities of brokers
  • Assists in clients tripping, and other related business trips.



  • Licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • Should have at least one (1) year managerial experience in the real estate industry.
  • With experience in recruiting and leading licensed real estate brokers
  • Must be goal oriented and have effective Leadership skills
  • Has substantial connections with brokers network
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Has a well-developed sense of drive and is self-motivated
