We wouldn’t want you being the cause of an electrical failure in the building.
Well, to make things easier, if you decide to make minor renovations, you no longer need to seek permission from the admin office. All you have to do is find inspiration from the internet and from architectural magazines on what you can do to upgrade your home.
A fresh coat of paint or using wallpaper in your rooms will bring in new vibe. Just make sure this is cohesive and coordinated with the rest of your home. It is best for you to go with neutral shades if you want a minimalistic look. But if you are bold and adventurous, you may opt to try color, patterns, and prints on your walls.
You can also consider opening up the windows and letting in natural light. You may change the curtains to change the mood in a room. Put additional seating areas with side tables and coffee tables in each room to create a nook of your own. You may also add dual function furniture to serve as additional storage space.
For a cheap and chic way to update your condominiums look and feel, you may use accent pieces such as a colored furniture to liven up a room. You may also add mirrors to enlarge a small area or you may add a touch of greenery to bring the outdoors indoors. A plain wall can be decorated with picture frames with beautiful pictures or you may opt to use a designed frame with a simple picture. For a pop of color in a room, you may use colored beddings in the bedroom, colored pillows in the living room and colored wall hangings in the bathroom and colored embellishments in the kitchen.
If flooring can’t be changed, rugs and carpet is the answer. Just make sure to choose the right design and color. Another quick fix you can do is to change the handles on doors and handles on cabinets to serve as an accent to a room. And for a cashless worry-free makeover, just move or reorganize your furniture to change the aura the room gives.
There are a lot of ways you can do to change the look and feel of your home. You can even indulge in small weekend projects to upgrade what you have or to even give purpose to useless furniture. All it takes is some research and a little elbow grease.
